SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of the directors of the company and its subsidiaries, that all operations are carried out in such a way to ensure, so far its reasonably practical, the health and safety of all employees and all persons likely to be affected by its operation including subcontractors, and public where applicable.
The policy is the direct concern of the managing director, for its overall implementation. The directors of the company & its subsidiaries and divisions are responsible for the application of this policy throughout the company’s activities.
At every place of work the person in charge is required to ensure that the company’s safety procedures and statutory safety requirements are observe by the employees and person who are authorized to be in the premises under the control of the company.
Employee shall, with the terms and conditions of their emplacement, comply with the appropriate safety procedures. Duly Appointed safety representatives will assist in the application of safety procedures etc, in accordance with requirements of health and safety at work act.
The management will keep under review the companies safety procedures to ensure such measures continue to comply with all relevant statutory regulations and code of practice etc., and accordance with this policy.
